Minshen is currently a Software Engineer at Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA). As a Software Engineer, he is involved in the development and deployment of various web applications on commercial cloud technologies to tackle problems faced by MINDEF/SAF. With the belief that programming is a skill where practice makes perfect, he has a strong interest in working on his own coding projects and participating in hackathons, where he has achieved finalist positions on numerous occasions during his university days.

His interest in teaching coding was ignited through his internship as a Coding Educator at Coding Lab, where he enjoys imparting programming knowledge to the students and seeing them learn. He believes that coding is important in helping to cultivate creativity and problem-solving skills to tackle the problems faced by our society, and that every child should have the opportunity to learn more about programming.
