Taiwan Presidential Hackathon 2024

Three of our talented students made history as Singapore's first-ever participants in the prestigious Taiwan Presidential Hackathon International Track since 2022. Out of 77 global teams, they emerged as one of the 10 finalists—and were the only student team among corporations, research institutions, and professionals worldwide.

National Thinkers Challenge (2024)

This year, we had the privilege of coaching the team from Yew Tee Primary School, who won the Most Relevant Award at the 3rd Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan National Thinkers Challenge 2024! Competing among 66 teams from 40 primary schools nationwide, the Yew Tee Primary team made it to the top 15 finalists and clinched one of the five prestigious awards. The challenge invited students to design innovative solutions for "Future Schools," and the team’s proposal, incorporating design thinking, big data, and AI, stood out for its relevance to enhancing the future of education.

National Junior Cybersecurity Olympiad 2024

At just 12 years old, Aiden is already making significant strides in the coding world! Recently, he secured the Silver award at the HCIC and achieved a Bronze medal at the National Junior Cybersecurity Olympiad, despite 99% of the contestants being secondary students. His journey in coding began with Scratch in Primary 2, and now he confidently navigates Python, Java, and even cybersecurity! 🥉✨

We are excited to announce that our amazing students from Singapore clinched the 2nd Prize at the 2024 MIT AI & Education Summit, “Hack the Climate” Hackathon (Beginner Category)! 🏆

The team, Rewear, consisting of 3 students from various primary and secondary schools, were the youngest participants at this prestigious summit and won with their project, “Rewear”. This innovative app focuses on reducing textile waste in the Singaporean context by creating a community-sharing app for school uniforms across the country!

Our brilliant #CodingLabStudents shone on the global stage by achieving the 1st Prize at the 2024 MIT AI & Education Summit!

The team, 3 ACTs, consisting of 5 girls from various primary schools in Singapore, was selected among the 400 attendees from 30 countries as the First Prize for Poster Presentation on their project, “Cost-Effective Smart Household Water Usage Tracker Using IoT”.
